This luxury estate can accommodate your private event any time of the year, having both indoor and outdoor options.

Security Deposit: $500 – $1,500 (refundable)

Rental Costs: $250 – $3,500

Event Time: 10 Hour Rental (Exit by 11pm) | Additional Hours $150

Guest Count: Up to 75 Indoors | Up to 250 Outdoors

  • $200 Setup / Staffing Fee (5 hr)
  • $100 for Additional Bartender (required if 150+ guests)
